In the vast splendour of the Langa between hazelnut groves and vineyards, skilfully renovated and enhanced with a perfect harmony between indoor and outdoor spaces, a 1930s farmhouse stands out, transformed, for almost ten years, into a restaurant. On the vines of the famous Dolcetto di Dogliani, the 'Cascina' offers a wide choice of pizzas (150 to be precise) in the old-fashioned wood-fired oven. An elaborate kitchen offers various choices of appetisers, Piedmontese first and second courses and seafood, and a showcase of desserts that revive every sweet tooth.
